Tshirtgang Designers
Tshirtgang offers a designer service that allows anyone to Submit an idea they have and turn it into a T-shirt.
You can choose from a number of popular T-shirt templates and colors or you can submit an idea and one of our designers will turn it into a T-shirt ready to buy or sell. Although there is no up front cost to you to have these T-shirts designed, a $2 fee will be added to your cost when ordered. -

What Style of T-shirts do you offer.
We use standard unisex T-shirts that are 100% preshrunk cotton. We also carry mens and ladies fitted ringspun cotton t-shirts.

How do I submit a design?
As a registered tshirtgang.com member you will be able to upload your design to our database. Once your T-shirt design is in our database you can now buy it for yourself or offer it for sale on any marketplace. Tshirtgang will then print, pack and ship to your customer once it sells. All designs can be uploaded from the tshirtgang homepage or by clicking the Create Product button.

Is there an ethics guideline that you enforce from not letting me design certain T-shirts?
We will not print designs that are deemed inappropriate such as: explicit graphic nudity, child nudity, hate material against any creed or race.

How do I Invite members into My Gang?
Tshirtgang users can invite their friends and family to Tshirtgang using the "Invite Member" button located on your Dashboard
Users just need a valid email address to start sending invites out. Once a user invites their friends, they'll be sent an invitation email from Tshirtgang with a registration code and link. Once new users register using the provided link they will be part of your gang. -

How do I redeem my commissions that I earned from My Gang?
You can instantly redeem your commissions by applying it as a tshirtgang credit. The credit will then appear in your tshirtgang shopping cart which can be used towards your future orders.
If you are not interested to apply your commissions as a tshirtgang credit you can request a cash out. We will then process your request (can take up to 30 days) and your funds will be sent to you via paypal or cheque. -

Tshirtgang.com keeps security as our top priority. We provide the necessary tools to login, reset your password and recover your username when needed.

How do I delete or deactivate my Tshirtgang account
Tshirtgang does not currently allow users to deactivate or delete their account. Tshirtgang doesn't collect any personal information or display any personal information to search engines or the public. To log out, click on account settings and click logout.

How do I place an order?
Creating an order is very simple through tshirtgang.com.
Click on the Create Order button on the top right. Fill in your customers information - including name, shipping address, postal/zip, state/province and country.
Next, include your product ID number for the t-shirt ordered, shirt size, color and quantity.
You can add multiple orders for a single customer by clicking on the "+" symbol under Order Entry.
Once finished, click Add to Cart. -

How do I pay for an order I placed?
Every unpaid order you create will appear under your Shopping Cart. Click the PayPal button, login to your PayPal account and submit your payment.
Your cart will automatically be submitted to Tshirtgang for processing. -

How do I know if my item shipped?
Tshirtgang allows you to see real-time updates of your customers orders. You can track your individual items through the Order History Tab. Each of your previously submitted orders will appear in here.
Each Order # will include the ship date and a tracking number (US-only) to provide to your customers. -

What do I do when I sell a T-shirt?
Once your T-shirt sells and you have received payment from your customers it is time to submit the order to Tshirtgang. Go to Create Order tab and fill out all of your customer shipping information. Once you submit your order you can proceed to your shopping cart to pay and process the order.

Do you offering tracking number with orders?
Yes once your order is in process of shipping out you will receive a tracking number for that order which can be viewed in your Order history page. Currently we only offer tracking for orders going to the United States.

How secure is my personal information and my customers?
Tshirtgang.com uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

What shipping address is used for processing orders?
Tshirtgang.com uses shipping information provided by each individual seller when they Create Order button.
Once Tshirtgang has received your order, they will ship to the address provided through the Create Order page. We do not use your PayPal address on file to ship to your address, but instead ship directly to your customers. -

What appears on your shipping labels?
Tshirtgang ships orders directly to your customers in a blank package, containing only your customers information. Tshirtgang does not include our name or branding anywhere in the package.

Why doesn't my order have a tracking number?
Tshirtgang.com tries to provide a tracking number for all out-going orders. If addresses can not be verified through, use a P.O. Box or military address, tracking numbers may not be provided due to invalid addresses.

Are there tax on orders?
All Canadian orders are subject to HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) tax for orders being shipped within Canada. An HST tax of 13% is included to Canadian orders within your shopping cart at checkout.

Why can't I edit my post?
Each user is allowed to edit their own post for up to 30 minutes after posting. Within this time period, a user can make as many changes to their post or thread as they want.

How do I create a new topic?
Creating a discussion topic on the forums is simple. Navigate to the Community Forums and click on a forum you wish to begin a discussion in. Locate the "New Topic" button.
Note that some forums do not allow some members to create a new topic in, these buttons will be highlighted in grey. -

Reporting a post or topic
Should members feel that another member is flamming, trolling, or being offensive to other members, click on the "Report" button on the offended post.
A member of our staff will review the situation and take any necessary action.

How do I know if my product sells?
Whenever one of your products listed on Sellinsta.com sells, it will appear in your shopping cart with a Sellinsta logo beside it. This will let you know that this item has been paid by the purchaser and is ready for you to submit it to Tshirtgang.

What is Sellinsta?
Sellinsta is a feature that allows you to create a one page website ("buy page" for your customers) with full shopping cart functions and fully integrated with your Tshirtgang account. Once you choose your Sellinsta Settings you will be able to create a "buy page" for your product instantly with the click of a mouse. You can then easily promote to social sites right from the "buy page". Best of all it's Free!

What do I do when a T-shirt sells from Sellinsta?
All orders from sellinsta will automatically appear in your shopping cart. You will then need to go to your shopping cart and proceed with payment. That is it!

How do I create a one page site with Sellinsta
Very simple. First you will need to fill out your Sellinsta Settings In your settings you can check off "automatcaly post T-shirts to Sellinsta". Now once you create a T-Shirt on Tshirtgang it will automatically create a "buy page" with all payments going directly to your PayPal account. If you do not check off the auto feature you can still create a buy page by clicking the sellinsta icon (beside the eBay icon) located under My products tab.

Where can I see my Sellinsta one page websites.
Under the My Products tab you will see the Sellinsta logo cart beside each of your T-Shirts. By clicking on the logo it will take you to the one page website for that shirt.

How do I get traffic to my Sellinsta one page websites.
You can share the page using many social sharing websites.
Each Sellinsta site has share buttons on the bottom of the page that allows you to share your site with a click of a button.

How can I lower fees?
You can help lower your listing fees to as little as $0.03 a listing.
By opening up an eBay Store, sellers will be able to reduce their listing fees. eBay offers a number of subscription services for stores which can be found on their website here
Low volume sellers should consider opening up a Basic store, where high volume sellers should consider a Premium Store. -

What is the differance from listing with eBay Basic & eBay Pro
eBay Basic - Creates a listing with no size selections and a quantity of one.
eBay Pro - Creates a listing with that allows the T-shirt to be ordered in any size and allows you to have multiple quantities available.
eBay has strict selling limits on new eBay selling accounts and they do no allow you to list with size selections and multiple quantities. If you are posting with a new eBay account then please use eBay basic to post your shirts.
If you have an existing eBay selling account and are a proven sellers then we recommend using eBay Pro. -

How do I post my T-shirt to eBay from my Tshirtgang account?
Tshirtgang is integrated with eBay. First you will need to authorize your eBay account with Tshirtgang and choose your eBay settings. You can do this here eBay Settings
This one time setup now allows a lot of your workload to be fully automated.

Automatically retrieve your orders from eBay. These features along with automatically updating your customers with shipping and tracking info, tshirtgang has made managing your eBay business a breeze!

What do I do when I get an eBay order?
You can either Create Order manually or if you have already authorized your eBay account click on "retrieve eBay orders" located in your Shopping Cart Tshirtgang will then check your eBay account for any new orders and will automatically place them in your Tshirtgang Shopping Cart Your orders will then be processed as soon as checkout is complete.

eBay Retrieve - How Does it Work?
After users have authorized their eBay account through Tshirtgang, they can begin posting products they have created onto eBay. Once those items sell, Tshirtgang can help retrieve and organize bulk orders for quick and easy processing.
The eBay retrieve feature works by checking for new orders since the last time you checked. Each time you check for new orders, we'll remember when you retrieved your last order till the next time you check.
Example: If you retrieve your cart at 5:00PM EST, the next time you check the scan will retrieve from 5:00PM EST till the exact time you click the button again.
Tshirtgang can retrieve customers' shipping information, what t-shirt they have purchased off of you and even the size. Tshirtgang will match this information up with products you have created through us and automatically put all your new orders into your shopping cart, ready for submitting! -

eBay Retrieve - Listing requirements
Tshirtgang and your eBay retrieve feature can help you manage all of your t-shirt orders.
In order to successfully retrieve all of your orders, some sellers may need to edit existing t-shirts already listed on eBay. If you used Tshirtgang to list your items on eBay, you're already set!
If you listed these items manually, you will need to add a custom label / sku to each variation of shirt size. Sellers will need to revise their items and ensure their custom label / sku follows these guidelines:
ProductID Color
For example: 1000001 Black
1000001 = your unique product ID number
Black = Shirt color.
Once you retrieve your items, you'll be able to edit the customers information, including product ID, shirt size and color. -

Adding A Custom Label
For sellers looking to update their current eBay auctions to be compatible with Tshirtgang product IDs, it's easy with Seller Manager Pro.
Here's how to add a custom label to your existing auctions:
Login to your eBay account and navigate to your Seller Manager Pro (Seller Manager Pro requires a monthly subscription on eBay).
Now navigate to your "Active" listings and click on "Customize" on the top right-hand corner. Enable the field "Custom Label", which should now show under your list of active eBay listings.
To make your products compatible with Tshirtgang, enter your Product ID number into your custom label field and click save. Now when you retrieve your products you should automatically have all the information filled out.

Error 17804 : Please enter a valid ZIP Code.
eBay requires sellers to use a valid postal / zip code when submitting items.
Users may use their personal postal or zip code when selling items. -

Error 240 : The Item Cannot Be Listed Or Modified
"The Title And/or Description May Contain Improper Words, Or The Listing Or Seller May Be In Violation Of EBay Policy."
Sellers experiencing this error code back from eBay may be able to fix this easily.
eBay returns this error for a number of reasons:
- The title may contain inappropriate words
- The description contains inappropriate words
- The seller has restrictions on their account
- The listing variations exceeds the sellers account restriction
- Seller hasn't activated their sellers account on eBay
There are a number of solutions to fix this response.
Check to make sure the title doesn't contain inappropriate words. Swearing, slang, racism, hatred, or some brand names will not be allowed in titles or descriptions.
Some new sellers, or sellers that haven't been an active seller on eBay in the past few months, may face quantity restrictions. Restricted sellers should consider reducing their quantity to a lower number or set their quantity to zero (0) and set a base price for their item.
New eBay sellers may have listing restrictions of 10 items per month. New eBay sellers should reduce their variation quantity to zero (0) to avoid these limitations.
Brand new sellers will also need to first activate their eBay sellers account.
To activate your sellers account, make sure you are logged in to your eBay account and click Sell from the top menu. You will be asked to verify your information to start selling. -

Error 21916966 - Cross Border Trade
eBay requires sellers accept their cross border trade agreement before selling internationally.

Error 10009 : No Item Location
eBay requirements ask that sellers provide a location for their item. This field asks for a Canadian postal code or United States zip code.

Error 120 : Credit card not found.
We're sorry, but before you list an item, you must create a seller's account by submitting a valid credit card through our secure form.
All sellers on eBay must have a credit card on file to begin selling. Please login to your eBay account and navigate to Sell. Follow the prompts to put a credit card on file with eBay.

How do I open a store?
Tshirtgang.com offers a unique service that allows members to open up their own online store, featuring only their products. All a member needs is a provide their own domain name and Tshirtgang will provide the hosting and customized software necessary to sell!

I purchased a domain, now what?
To submit your domain to Tshirtgang, click on the My Products tab, then My Website. You will be required to provide a valid domain name and a valid PayPal email address. Once you have submitted, you will just need to make a simple change to your domain name, through your domain registrar company.

How long do stores take to setup?
Once you have submitted your domain to Tshirtgang, we'll review each domain within 48 business hours.
When your store DNS has been updated through our ISP, we'll setup your store! Keep checking the My Website tab for updates, including a control panel link and login information when your store is ready. -

How do I know if I made a sale?
Once your customer has successfully completed a sale on your store, it will instantly and automatically appear in your Tshirtgang.com shopping cart.
