New Support Ticket feature

Tshirtgang.com is happy to announce we've launched a new way to get support!

If you have used our support feature before (the Support link at the top of each page), you're already familiar with how it works. Today we are launched an updated version, which gives you the same style of conversation like our Message and Forum features.

You'll be able to get replies from one or more of our support staff on Tshirtgang.com and even ask further questions to our trained staff!




You'll be able to view your private support questions and answers at any time through Tshirtgang.com. There's even a feature to receive immediate email alerts when one of the Tshirtgang.com support staff replies.

If you're happy with your answer, show us we're doing a good job by clicking "Mark as Solution", which will automatically mark your support question as resolved and let us know our solution worked for you!
