Have you considered the gift note option and blank packing slips with no prices, it seems a shame to turn down future customers when I cannot guarantee a note will make it in and send an invoice with the price that someone has paid for the item...
Would be nice to have the option:

You can also include a personalized gift message on the packing slip when submitting a manual or API order by checking "This is a gift" on the review page. A packing slip with a gift message will only hide retail prices for U.S.-based manual orders.
