There is an issue on pricing. I am ordering an adult white Large and the order form is charging me $9.00 (international rate) instead of $7.00. When will this bug be fixed?

It's likely the product ID you entered is either incorrect or you had our designer make it.

Open a Support Ticket with the order number and i'll investigate this for you.

I DID NOT have a designer make a shirt...i would know if I had a designer work with me...wouldn't I??

I have ordered a standard Adult Large White Tee shirt - your price list says $7.00....check out says $9.00. Check my cart to see if I am doing something wrong.

Hi,

As mentioned in your Support Ticket, you did not enter a valid product ID (you left this field blank) and it defaulted to our default price.

We require a product ID be entered in order to know which item to print.

This will be a mandatory field in the future.
