The button is gone to import my etsy and ebay orders. Also all of My Products disappeared. I had a really hard time logging in today. It wouldn't accept my password. So I reset it and changed it but it still wouldn't work. Please help.

You actually have two accounts. I have merged your two accounts into a single account now, which should restore all your products and previous sales.

You can login into your account again either using your username and password.
